Hi ! I recently wanted to start playing gta san andreas again, using a non-steam version because it is better than the v2 on steam, and the mouse was not working in-game. I tried fixing it with different compatibility modes and installing the dinput8.dll, but it is still not working. I have an AS I have two windows installed (win 7 on disk c:\ and win10 on disk e:\) Win 7 - mouse spinnig, win 10 - mouse works. I am on windows 10 and I get the mouse spinning bug. reinstalled the game and nope , the mouse worked for a while but started doing the spin again after opening and closing the option a few times. That said, you still need to rebind the buttons, you get no vibration, analog triggers and proper button prompts. If you don't mind waiting a bit yet, check out GInput Ok so I have GTA San Andreas installed from Steam, did not play it for a while since there was no option for 1080p display setting and I tried to use a converter to "downgrade" to an older version but it did not start.
